Shopping from Department Stores Online is a Smart Thing To Do

If you want to save money and shop online, the best place to start is with a department store you know and trust.

Many times the online version of your favorite department store is offering better deals than what you can get locally.  Also, you have access to the entire inventory of that department store. 

Have you ever had this frustrating experience?....

You find an item you like but not in your size.  The clerk is helpful and offers to phone around to other stores to find it for you.  But, YOU STILL HAVE TO DRIVE TO THOSE STORES, OR WAIT WAIT WAIT!  How much is this costing you in time and gas and lost moments for relaxation?  Plenty.

How much would you spend to avoid wasting time and money?  How about 99 cents?  Now what if you could get the same item even cheaper than what the store is charging?  All of a sudden YOU ARE MAKING MONEY.  ( sorry for those caps, but I get excited about saving time and money ).

Let me give you a couple examples:

If you like quality and service you must love Macy's...I do.  The staff go out of their way to help me and my wife.  Macy's has the best selection of practical and stylish clothing.  Every time my wife finishes a shopping trip she hauls out a Macy's bag like a King Salmon!  “Just Look at This!” she yells in triumph.

( confession time... we live in Canada, just across the border and have to spend two days in the USA to take advantage of your great shopping....and much of your online shopping is not available to us)

But what if my wife was able to access the department store from home?  With Macy's online order department She could get fantastic deals delivered for under a buck!  ( on second thought...I'm not sure that's a good thing) 

Anything you want, from a trusted department store, delivered to your home for less than a buck.   Only in America.

Speaking of America.....want the absolute best deals without tedious hours in line at the cash register?

Who comes to mind when you think of the best deals in America?

Walmart.

Yes...Wallmart is online and helping you to get the best prices for all your everyday needs.

AND....Walmart gives you access to their entire inventory.  This is very important.
Your local Waymart store may only carry some of the great items they have in stock.  If you wander the isles and search for a particular item, you may make the mistake of going off and buying that item somewhere else....thinking that Walmart doesn't carry it.

I look back and realize I have wasted hundreds of dollars because I forgot to check Walmart online.  With online shopping at Walmart, I can access things I will never see in my local store. 

But again you lucky Americans have it better than the rest of the world.  Walmart's latest special was a 97 cent delivery charge!   97 cents!  It cost me $60 to get something delivered from my furniture store. 

With online department store shopping, you get the best prices and amazingly low delivery charges.  Just watch for the specials ( hint, they come each season and sometimes at short notice) and POUNCE!
