Macy's online specials will make you wonder why you spent so much time going to your local mall.  If you are the savvy shopper I think you are, you will pluck out great deals before some poor soul at the mall gets to that clearance rack.  The treasures are yours and the leftovers go to the back of the racks.

The great thing about buying from a department store online, is that you get the assurance of quality and service.  Macy's has nowhere to run!  They have big stores all across America!  But if you buy from some nameless nobody who just bought a container of goods and set up a website....well, sorry.  He is long gone ma'am.

So what should you buy at Macy's?  Well, I know what I would buy.  My "usuals".  Remember I told you about those great chinos?  When I need another pair I just go to Macy's and grab them off the shelf.  I don't even try them on.  I know what I like.

 My Spouse is the same way with her makeup and skin care.  She has finished with all the frustrating experimentation.  She knows what works for her and sticks to it.  For her it is Lancome.  For you it may be something else.

Now I'll tell you a secret.

Certain suppliers will not allow Macy's to advertise them on Macy's internet links.  They do not want you to know that you can get great deals there.  They want complete control of their image.  This is why you will see banner ads like this from macy's:

 Don't be fooled.  If you click on that banner, you will find your favorite brands loaded with special offers.  The same goes for all the name brand fashion labels.

NOW: Here is the weird part of shopping online at Macy's....

What about all those things that take hours of trying on?

What about jewelry?  Does it match your eyes?  Do you look ravishing or washed out?  Is the dangle just right or WAY TOO MUCH?

How can you buy items that take forever to try on from a website?

Well....buy from eBay and you are screwed ( sorry for the bluntness but you know it is true)

Buy from Macy's and you just pop it back.  Not only that, but you get to try it in your natural setting. ( notice the lights in store viewing areas?)  You get to try it with all your clothes, instead of imagining what it would look like.  And all on Macy's buck....I wonder if they thought of that...oh well.  Their loss....your gain.

 Speaking of YOUR GAIN....how can you take advantage of all macy's has to offer?

Well, I've been looking through their website.  Click on any of these banners.  Browse and see what you normally buy.  Then spend a few fantasy minutes.  Look at the sparkly stuff.
